Most people land here to read about me.
I’d rather talk about you.
I’d rather talk about you.
You’ve probably been told your body’s “just getting older”.
That aches and stiffness are something to put up with.
But you want more from your body. Not six-pack abs or sweat-soaked workouts. You want to move with ease. To stay strong and independent as you age.
Good news is, you’re here.
For over a decade, I’ve been helping people rebuild their natural movement patterns. Not with quick fixes or punishing routines, but with simple, daily practices that stick.
The Frampton Method is designed to get you working with your body – restoring the mobility you were born with and keeping it for life.
It goes deeper than symptom relief for feel-good stretches. Together, we work on the root of how your body moves, so the results stay with you.
It’s not a myth, I see it all the time: people regaining control of their bodies. Feeling lighter, looser, stronger and staying independent regardless of age. It’s possible. And it’s never too late to start.
Plus, you don’t need to be in the UK. Everything I teach is available online, from anywhere in the world.
I spent years working as a fashion model: walking runways, holding perfect posture for hours, and sitting around waiting. From the outside, my body looked strong. On the inside? It was stiff, locked up, and far from functional.
I left the catwalk, trained as a movement coach, and spent over a decade studying biomechanics and mobility. I've coached people from all walks of life – from busy professionals and weekend athletes to everyday people who just want to move better. I’ve spoken on TEDx stages. I’ve written books. And I’ve run workshops around the world.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
You don’t need an intense fitness routine or hours in the gym to feel good in your body. You just need to bring back what modern life has taken away – natural, functional movement.
That’s what the Frampton Method is all about. Helping you reset how your body moves, one simple daily habit at a time.
